you will learn and practice the 5 steps to overcome emotional eating in a supportive and loving community of people who can understand your struggles.

Class 1: Experience Freedom and Satisfaction With Eating So That You Can Enjoy Treats Without Overdoing It

Class 2: Learn What to Eat To Prevent Cravings, What Foods Throw You Out Of Balance, And How To Change Your Eating Habits Without Dieting, Guilt, And Shame

Class 3: Understand The Underlying Reasons For Emotional Eating So That You Can Be In Control With Food And Reach Your Health Goals

Shannon Hodge teaches women (and a few lovely fellas) how to lose weight without dieting or giving up their favorite foods, and how to overcome emotional eating.
