Three Steps to Overcome Emotional Eating

 In this class series, you will learn and practice the 3 steps to overcome emotional eating in a supportive and loving community of people who can understand your struggles. Will we explore:

What is needed to overcome emotional eating once and for all so you can enjoy vibrant health and peace of mind.

The causes of cravings (physical, emotional, and spiritual) and how to effectively handle them.

Practices that allow you to feel satisfied with eating.

How to move past feeling guilt or shame around eating and/or your body. 

The reasons we sometimes unconsciously sabotage ourselves (and how to get out of this frustrating cycle).

Class 1: How to Enjoy Eating Without Over-doing It.
Class 2:
 What To Eat For Your Unique Body To Prevent Cravings And Release Weight.
Class 3: How To Be In Control With Food And Get To The Root Of Emotional Eating.

Shannon Hodge teaches women how to lose weight without dieting or giving up their favorite foods, and how to overcome emotionaleating. She is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and holds a B.A. In Psychology from the Evergreen State College. Learn more at www.ShannonHodge.com.
