The reasons we sometimes unconsciously sabotage ourselves (and how to get out of this frustrating cycle).
Class 1: How to Enjoy Eating Without Over-doing It.
Class 2: What To Eat For Your Unique Body To Prevent Cravings And Release Weight.
Class 3: How To Be In Control With Food And Get To The Root Of Emotional Eating.
