Basics of Buddhism: Six Tuesdays beginning January 12, 2016, 6:30pm-8pm, Charles Fillmore Chapel
Explore the foundations of Buddhism and find practical ways to incorporate these timeless teachings into everyday life. This is a great class for beginners as well as more advanced students to deepen your practice and get the support and encouragement of others on the path. We'll be using the second edition of the book Buddhism for Non-Buddhists: How to Ease Suffering and Be Happy, as well as Meditation for Non-Meditators: Learn to Meditate in Five Minutes, both available in the Unity Temple Bookstore, BUT it is not a requirement to buy either book.
