Navigating the Paramitas
A Bodhisattva Buddhist strives to become awakened like the Buddha for the sake of all living beings without exception. According to the Mahayana Buddhist tradition there are six practices to be cultivated in order to be able to reach awakening. These practices are known as the six (transcendent) perfections, or the six paramitas.
Join me for this 4-week class where we will explore the ongoing ways we can recognize and cultivate the perfections of Generosity, Ethical Discipline, Patience, Joyous Effort, Meditative Stability and Wisdom for the sake of ourselves and others without one exception.
